Gdańsk University of Technology (GUT) has over a hundred of years of tradition. At present it has about 25 000 students at 9 faculties. Apart from regular bachelor and master programmes, the University has a wide range of opportunities to study at 7 kinds of doctorate studies and over 40 kinds of postgraduate studies. The University has 2500 staff members, including 1200 academic teachers. GUT scientific staff is engaged in numerous projects on the regional, national and international level. They participate in a great number of projects, also those financed within the Leonardo da Vinci programme. GUT willingly cooperates with business and industry, which results in not only creating interesting ventures and implementations but also opportunities for students to obtain scholarships, internships and professional experience. There are also some study programmes offered at GUT in English language (e.g. Small Business Economics & Management or International Management).
